Appointments:
Kindly contact our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. This will allow us to offer your appointment to patients on our waiting list.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of the appointment without good cause (i.e. unforeseen circumstances or emergencies) will be considered a missed appointment. 

Effective September 1, 2011: There will be a $25.00 charge for missed appointments or cancellation / rescheduling without 24 hour advanced notice.

We make every effort to stay on schedule. However, unforeseen circumstances may delay your appointment. It will not be considered a missed appointment if you need to reschedule due to any delays at our office.

Frequently missed or rescheduled appointments will result in discharge from our practice.  Should this occur, no further appointments will be scheduled and notice will be sent to you and your referring physician.

After Hour Emergencies:
Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies or go to OSF St. Joseph Hospital for all other emergencies.

For urgent problems not requiring emergency care, call the office at (309 )661-8436 to reach the neurologist on call.

Calls concerning prescription refills and other non-urgent matters should be made during regular office hours.
